How to file a complaint?

  1. Send your application by email to: xtreme@xtreme4x4.pl or by post to our company address.
  2. In the notification, please provide your details, order number, description of the problem and request related to the complaint.
  3. If necessary to consider the matter, we may ask you to send photos of the product or to return the goods in question.

  • order number,
  • contact details,
  • description of the problem identified,
