  2. In the notification, please provide your details, order number, description of the problem and request related to the complaint.<\/li>\r\n
  3. If necessary to consider the matter, we may ask you to send photos of the product or to return the goods in question.<\/li>\r\n <\/ol>\r\n\r\n
