\r\n RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT\r\n <\/h1>\r\n\r\n

\r\n If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights and you have made a purchase remotely, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

How to make a return?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

  1. Inform us about your withdrawal from the contract \u2013 you can send an e-mail to the following address: xtreme@xtreme4x4.pl<\/a> or use the returns form.<\/li>\r\n
  2. Send the returned product no later than 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal from the contract.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Please include a returns form or at least your order number and contact details in your package to speed up processing.<\/li>\r\n <\/ol>\r\n\r\n

    Return cost<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

    \r\n The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer, unless we expressly inform otherwise in a given case.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

    Refund of payment<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

    \r\n Refunds will be made immediately, no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

    \r\n The refund also includes the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the store when placing the order.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

    When is a refund not due?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n
